My approach to care

Children and adolescents do best when care is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I take time to understand each child’s strengths, challenges, development, family context, and daily functioning. My approach is holistic, comprehensive, and evidence-based, combining medication management when appropriate with behavioral strategies, family support, and practical tools that help children thrive at home, at school, and in their relationships.I consider all aspects of a child’s health, including physical, emotional, mental, developmental, and family needs, to be important.Because every child is different, medication decisions are made carefully and collaboratively, never as a one-size-fits-all approach.I will partner with you and your child to provide individualized care plans that include finding the best medication to fit your child's unique needs and family goals.
